Many times the press brake is used as part of the roll forming process. On particularly high sections, we can use the press brake to finish up high legs on sections that would normally take thousands of dollars worth of tooling to complete.

 

The press brake has been used to create samples for our customers to test the functionality of the parts they have developed. The press brake can produce a sample close to the finished roll formed sample for testing

 
Press brake has been used in conjunction with the turret to produce fabricated sections for our clients. For large and small runs the press brake can give the customer excellent quality parts with virtually no tooling in most cases.
