As part of continous improvement to increase our competetivness, American Roll Form has been installing AMS Servo feed length control systems over the past three years. These systems allow us to run very high speeds and still maintain very tight length control tolerances. When running at speeds of over 200ft. per minute we are capable of holding + or - .015" in length control. This allows us to be much more competetive in given the ability to run such high speeds and maintain this current lenght control. Since most of the parts we manufacture are utilized in welding fixtures or assemblies, these tight tolerances are mandatory.
